"Just didn’t work for my body"
I gave it a few nights because I really wanted it to work, but my back actually felt worse each morning. It reminded me how personal comfort is, what feels great for one person can be totally wrong for someone else. For me, this just wasn’t comfortable, and I wish I had returned it while I still could.

"Not sure it really did anything for me"
I tried Gravity Plus for a few weeks, i didn’t notice much of a difference. I kept wondering if maybe I was expecting too much or just not giving it enough time, but I followed the directions carefully and still didn’t feel any real change. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it ended up feeling like money I probably could’ve spent elsewhere.

"Billing Was Just Too Confusing"
I tried it out, but the billing part really threw me off. Like, I thought I understood what I was signing up for, then the charges showed up and they weren’t what I expected. The plan details were kind of vague too. I kept looking back trying to figure out what I was actually paying for. it just felt messy. Not something I’d use again.

"Didn’t really hold up for me"
I ordered from gravityplus.com, and at first it seemed decent. It looked fine out of the box and worked the way I expected for maybe the first couple of weeks or so.

After a little while, though, I started noticing the material was wearing down, and one part began feeling kind of loose. I wasn’t using it heavily or anything, just normal everyday use as far as I could tell.

For what I paid, I thought it would last longer. Maybe I just got a bad one, but in my experience the durability wasn’t really there.

I’m not sure if they were just busy or what, but I felt like I had to keep reaching out to get any updates. The replies took a while and sometimes weren’t very clear, which got frustrating when I was just trying to understand what was going on

"Got the wrong item and no real help"
I ordered two items from gravityplus.com, but one of them showed up wrong. I reached out to customer service it just felt like they were dragging it out without actually trying to fix anything. After waiting around and getting nowhere, I don’t really trust their support to handle issues properly. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered this after a friend mentioned the brand, so I expected the whole process to be smooth. But when I tried to return my order, it turned into such a hassle. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept feeling like nobody really cared about fixing it. It just left a bad impression, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

The box showed up flimsy and dented, and the item inside looked like it was just tossed in without much care. What made it more frustrating is that nobody seems to take ownership when something goes wrong. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

From what I remember, trying to pay was just a mess. My payment kept failing, and then one attempt still showed as pending in my bank account, which made it even more stressful. The site didn’t really explain what was going on, and support took too long to get back to me. After dealing with it for a while, I just gave up.

"Not really worth it for me"
I wasn’t too happy with my experience on gravityplus.com. The site felt kind of confusing to use, and I didn’t end up getting what I thought I was signing up for. Support also took a while to get back to me, which didn’t help much either. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me, it just felt like a waste of time, i wish I’d skipped it...

I ran into an issue and reached out to support, but it felt like the whole thing just dragged on forever. The replies were slow, and half the time it seemed like they hadn’t actually read what I’d already explained.

By the end, nothing was really fixed. I just kept getting passed around and given the same basic answers. Super frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d bother using them again.

"Warranty support was disappointing"
I tried reaching out for warranty support and it just didn’t really go anywhere. I kept expecting some kind of clear answer or actual help, but it felt like I was getting brushed off or sent in circles. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but yeah, the support side of things was not great for me.

I felt like I spent way too much money on this and then after using it I kept thinking that it really wasn’t worth the price, like it’s not terrible or anything but for what it is I expected a lot more and it kind of just felt like wasted money

"Bad timing made the delivery even more frustrating"
I ordered from gravityplus.com the timing just couldn’t have been worse. The delivery kept getting pushed back, the tracking barely updated, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t much help. Maybe it was just bad timing all around, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something to arrive on schedule.
